Develop strategies and programs with the business community to help eliminate barriers that exist for visible minorities and other members of our ethno cultural community in New Brunswick
Provide ongoing assistance with obtaining employment. eg: resume writing, training resources, basic computer skills, interview techniques.
Encourage increased employer participation by conducting assessments of positions available,
and giving PRUDE Inc. the opportunity to fill these positions.
A resource for employers and their staff to access cultural diversity workshops and material.
Increase employment and education needs assessments within the visible minority community.
Continue to develop the job bank of visible minorities, and other members of designated ethno- cultural groups in New Brunswick, who are seeking employment or training.
Provide work readiness workshops and training.
