Activities and Services

  • Assist people in the community to find meaningful employment and educational opportunities.

  • Develop strategies and programs with the business community to help eliminate barriers that exist for visible minorities and other members of our ethno cultural community in New Brunswick

  • Provide ongoing assistance with obtaining employment. eg: resume writing, training resources, basic computer skills, interview techniques.

  • Encourage increased employer participation by conducting assessments of positions available, and giving PRUDE Inc. the opportunity to fill these positions.

  • A resource for employers and their staff to access cultural diversity workshops and material.

  • Increase employment and education needs assessments within the visible minority community.

  • Continue to develop the job bank of visible minorities, and other members of designated ethno- cultural groups in New Brunswick, who are seeking employment or training.

  • Provide work readiness workshops and training.

  • Ongoing job bank posting at the PRUDE Inc. office.
